On Saturday, April 15th, an enthusiastic crowd shrugged off severe weather warnings to hear author Daniel James Brown speak about his award winning book "Under a Flaming Sky: the Great Hinckley Firestorm of 1894." This event was the culmination of a series of successful events around Brown's book which was selected for the 2012 Plymouth Citywide Read. 

LuAnn Svendsen, member of the Citywide Read planning committee and member of the Friends of the Plymouth Library, makes opening remarks and introduces Daniel James Brown.
