Join us for a solar eclipse viewing party on Aug. 21

There will be a partial solar eclipse on Aug. 21.

An approximate schedule of the event:

Start of partial eclipse: 11:43 a.m. Maximum eclipse: 1:06 p.m. End of partial eclipse: 2:28 p.m.

Eleven libraries are hosting viewing parties. We do not have eclipse glasses to give out to the public. However, we are excited to offer a number of FREE programs where eclipse glasses will be given out to attendees on a first come, first served basis.
