POLICY

The following have access to all Library employee ffiles:

    ~ Library Director
    ~ Senior Human Resources Representative
    ~ Human Resources Assistant
    ~ Payroll Clerk

The following have access to individual files:

    ~ Employee ? to his/her own file
    ~ Supervisor ? to files of the employees s/he supervises or those employees under the supervisors s/he supervises, and the files of those employees s/he is interviewing for a position.

Files may be used to prepare for supervisor/employee conferences, to check necessary data as a help to do a Performance Appraisal or Promotional Rating. Files may be checked out by the above listed individuals, except the employee, but must be returned that day. No files will be kept over night. Individual employees may review their own file in the Library Payroll Office.

Private information from Personnel files, including addresses, may only be used for official county business.
