about us

KidLinks is a website for children ages 6-12 created and maintained by Hennepin County librarians. Our goal is to support children’s reading and literacy by helping them connect with books and authors, find homework help, and explore selected fun websites.

Homework Help is a starting point for finding information in specific subject areas. Librarians have brought together relevant databases and authoritative websites we feel will be of particular interest to children. Books & Reading includes lists of best books selected by our librarians, book reviews by children, and links to author websites.
