I think this book is sad for two reasons. One reason I think it is sad is because Skelly gets Alzhimers diease. Second reason I think it is asd is because Jake Moon has no idea how to help. That is my book review.

This book starts off with Jake in third grade when Skelly does not have Alzhimiher's disease. Skelly is Jake's Grandpa but he is basically Jake's dad because Jake never knew his dad. Now when Jake is 7th grade and 8th grade he has to take care of Skelly one hour after school each day. When Skelly's nanny quits they hire somebody named Ms.Russell to take care of Skelly she is not married so she can help out on weekends if needed.

I think that this was a very great book. It talked alot about alzheimer's disease and how people deal with it so I really liked that. another thing that I really liked is that it really describes how the person feels who has the disease.

This a terrific book!! It is about the realationship between a boy and his grandfather who has the Alzheimer's diease. Jake Moon's whole life has changed because of his grandpa's Alzheimer's, a diease so dangerous that it erases things a person knows like the name of a family member. For Jake its the toughest thing his life because he acts like the adult and his grandfather like the child.
