Gay pride at the library
Cover Art June is LGBT Pride Month in the United States. As delineated by an article from the Library of Congress, "the purpose of the commemorative month is to recognize the impact that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals have had on history locally, nationally, and internationally."

Here in Hennepin County, the Twin Cities Pride Festival will be held June 28-30 and Hennepin County Library will be tabling at the event. We hope you will stop by and say hello if you're in the park for the festivities!
