 Deeper than the dead by Tami Hoag This is a well written excellent book with interesting characters you come to care for. BUT I am hoping there is some kind of sequel as the ending left things hanging.  The alibi man [compact disc] by Hoag, Tami I thought this book was a dog. When it starts with body parts and moves to autopsy and ugly violence from one of the main characters, all in the first several pages, I quit. I really enjoyed the previous story, but this was written to shock and gross out. In the process, the story and characters faulted. posted Oct 8, 2007 at 6:41PM

 The watchman [compact disc] : [a novel] by Crais, Robert I am a Crais fan and I hated this book. It turned the main character into little more than a psychopath, killing without remorse, and often. I resent the changing of this character, the hero of the kind of disturbed person like the
