Amazing, awesome, undescribable in words. No wonder it got a Newberry Medal!!! I was drawn into its suspenseful plot about a fearsome trip across the ocean, and discoveries of the truth. I thought this book was just extrodairny. It drew me into its fasacaniting plot about the future and I felt like I was in the book as a reciever with Jonas, the main character. I couldn't stop reading it, I was so sucked into it. [Newbery Medal Winner]   posted May 9, 2006 at 11:08AM

It was a really good book that told about real kids with real life problems. From family problems to problems between friendships. I really couldn't wait to turn the page and see what would happen next. I wanted to stay up and read the book the whole night!   posted Jun 29, 2005
