Drama! Drama! Drama! Definately the word I would use to describe this book. Well written, dark, full of romance, but also some horror. An essential classic; a must read.   posted Apr 5, 2008 at 7:53PM

Cover ArtAs you like it

How can you have a list of great books without at least one by Shakespeare? This is my favorite of Shakespeare's works.   posted Apr 5, 2008 at 7:30PM

Cover ArtTidings of comfort and joy
by Bunn, T. Davis, 1952-
Sort of a story within a story. A teen girl with a serious disease goes to stay with her grandma while her family is on vacation. The girl had been tormenting her heartbroken family throughout her illness, because of bitterness, but Gran tells her a story. Gran's story is her own and takes place during WWII.   posted Apr 5, 2008 at 7:29PM

Amazingly intricate and deep, this story follows multiple characters. I've read it three times, but I learn several knew things every time I read it. This book has romance, action, history, and...well, let me abridge or this review will have chapters:This novel is breathtakingly complex, but I love it! Oh, and beware! It is very long!   posted Apr 5, 2008 at 7:19PM
