 The total tragedy of a girl named Hamlet by Dionne, Erin, 1975- This is a hilarious and heartwarming tale of a 8th grade girl who are Elizabethian scholars ( and dress like it to) and whose little sister is a genius. It is best for girls in middle school. posted Jul 2, 2011 at 11:35AM

 Hate list by Brown, Jennifer, 1972- This is a touching and tragic book about a teenage girl trying to come to grips with the aftermath school shooting her boyfriend did. It it's trying and powerful and not appropriate for young or immature readers but a must read. posted May 30, 2011 at 9:40PM
