Cover ArtDeadline
by Sandra Brown
A little slow at first. Picks up steam and the twist at the end is unbelievable. Also... the sex will get you moving.   posted Dec 23, 2013 at 11:17AM

Cover ArtDead or alive
by Clancy, Tom
Typical Clancy book. What he takes 800 pages to say, can be said in 350. Even the most minor character is expounded upon to take up a whole chapter. My god, get on with it, the character gets killed off quickly and you have the impression that this background story could have been told in less than 500 words. Bottom line, too much information (TMI). I don’t care what store is on what street, and what direction the hero is going. GET ON WITH IT.   posted Mar 2, 2013 at 7:16PM

Cover ArtPredator
by Patricia Daniel Cornwell
Cornwell’s earlier books were much better written. This one was very hard to read; there did not seem to be any continuity throughout. Some of the victims were never explained and some loose ends never ’tied up’. Overall a very disappointing book by an author I used to enjoy.   posted Sep 10, 2006 at 10:27PM

Cover ArtDay of the Dead
by Judith A. Jance
I like Jance stories but... this one is hard to read; too many characters, skips around in time and the story seems disjointed. I finally gave up on page 86 of 406 pages.   posted Aug 13, 2006 at 11:45AM
