What is a Book Club Kit?
One-stop shopping for your book club all in one bag! Each kit contains:
• 8-10 copies of one title
• Discussion questions
• Tips for a successful a book group

How do I reserve a kit?
Go to the list of Book Club Kits and click on a title to get more information. Then click on the "Reserve Kit" button to check availability and to make a reservation.

If you want to find out what's available for a particular date, choose Check dates for available titles.

You will need a registered library card to reserve a kit. When the kit is available to be picked up, you will be notified by phone or email.

How many kits can I reserve?
You can have up to six kits reserved at one time.

How long can I keep a kit?
A kit is checked out to one book group member who is responsible for all of the materials. The group may keep the kit for up to 6 weeks. Book Club Kits may not be renewed.

Where can I pick up and return a kit?
You can pick up a kit at any Hennepin County library. Kits must be returned to a Hennepin County Library during open hours, since they can't be returned in a book drop. The fine for overdue kits is 30 cents a day, and fees for missing books will be charged to the person who checked out the kit.
