I believe this is one of the GREAT ONES!! It truly captures the Fantasy,Romance, and Adventure in perfect balance. Alanna has just become the first women knightin Tortall in about 300 years and she is one of the best out there. She is in love with the heir to Tortall[Jonathan]and the bandit King of Tortall[George]. You find she has troubles and she deals. The best book of the series. [Series: Song of the Lioness #3]

I was sorely dissapointed by this book. I felt the author had Alanna go too far.
