I'm a great fan of Elizabeth Berg. I discovered her after seeing a movie called "Open House" based on one of her books. I've now read them all and can't wait for the next one to be printed. If you're a fan of the WW II era, this is an especially good book to read.

An excellent read...Elizabeth Berg is one of my favorite authors. One of my all time favorite books are Talk Before Sleep and Range of Motion, also by her. Powerful yet tender stories.

A story that tells of World War II from the perspective of young men on the battlefield and the women they left behind on the home front. After sending their men off to fight in the war, sisters Kitty and Louise Heaney join their flirtatious younger sister, Tish, in writing letters to servicemen overseas.
