Well, the computer cut off my comment. As I was saying, this is a truly awful novel, which exists to exhibit Lee Child’s politically correct disapproval of the Iraq war and fundamentalist Christians. Read one of Child’s other novels.

Lee Child’s Jack Reacher is certainly a solitary man going it alone against all probability of his winning and yet he does win. I don’t expect Lee Child to come up with a protagonist that I will ever identify with: the character is ridiculous. But that is what you get from a tv personality like Child. 7 out of 10 stars.
