I wasgoing to purchase this book when I saw it at a local co-op here in Minneapolis. I am glad I looked at it first. It is not a very well done cookbook. It’s mostly long editorials about local farmers and chefs, which may be of interest to some, but I waslooking for a real cookbook using local foods. The photography is pretty bad too.
