The Magician’s Elephant is an excellent book. It is a fantasy about a boy who is training to be a soldier. He wants to know where his sister is so he asks a fortunteller. The fortunteller tells him his sister is alive and an elephant will lead him to her. But what if she is wrong? Where will he find the elephant? Will the elephant really lead him to her? I recommend The Magician’s Elephant to everyone. It is Kate DiCamillo’s best book yet.
