They say knowledge is power... and this book is straight jet-fuel! It offers a straight forward (and very insightful) look at how to get into peoples’ heads and influence them to do what you want. Easy to read, and written citing MANY sources of proof for its reasoning. I would highly recommend this book for anything from parenting, to sales/marketing, to inter-workplace relationships, to management tactics.
