What other readers are saying about this title:

About a year ago, I would have said the best book ever was What Happened to Lani Garver by Carol Plum-Ucci. Maybe even King Dork by Frank Portman, but this past winter I read the Green Mile and it changed my life. I giggled, I sniffled and it made me think. I'd go back and read it again, it was that powerful. I liked that it was a departure from the previous King novels I read -- the Shining and Carrie -- how it wasn't scary but still supernatural.
