After two seasons of floundering, this series finally finds some heart and soul. In fact, I would recommend skipping season one and two and just start with three as it's that much better. 9 of 10 stars

I would rather see it more in keeping with seasons 1 & 2 where there were more on the agency business than the love lives of its characters!
with Season 4 and anew agency, perhaps there’s hope.
