Pizarro, head chef at Tapas Brindisa in London's Borough Market, presents by season recipes that are simple enough for the beginning cook yet sufficiently appealing for a dinner party. Summer Fruit Salad with Mint and Olive Oil is a wonderful example of a simple recipe (nine ingredients) that can be beautifully presented.
