Little kitchen : 40 delicious and simple things that children can really make
Parrini, Sabrina
Children's Fiction TX652.5 .P3723 2011

Comments  Summary  Reviews

From Library Journal:

Parrini, who established Australia's first organic cooking school for children, Little Kitchen, discusses safety (regarding knives and other sharp equipment, oven and stove top, and allergies), ingredients (she uses whole milk and free-range meat), and equipment. Recipes (e.g., Bite-Sized BLTs, Meatballs, Tacos, and Mini Chocolate Souffles) feature steps that children can do and others that require the help of a grown-up, as well as photographs of the finished dishes and illustrations of necessary equipment. This fun cookbook should make teaching cooking a joy for both parents and kids. (c) Copyright 2011. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc. No redistribution permitted.
