In the past, this book was required reading in some areas. The book has a lot of interesting anecdotes in the realms of personal and business affairs. A book on how to appropriately deal with others. I wish this book was still required reading for the younger readers -- the follies of many communication problems could be abated by those who embrace the teachings within this excellent book. A must read for business managers and people who strive to achieve with and through people.
