The first book in the Gossip Girl series is similar to the Gossip Girl t.v. series. There are some different characteristics of the characters though. This quick read will leave you begging for more. It is as scandalous and intriguing as the show. Recommended for fans of gossip and scandal and Sex and the City.

I loved this book, i've never been into a book like this before. it is about a girl named Blair whose best friend left a while ago and didn't keep in touch. Blair took over the popularity roll of her friend and soon finds out her friend is coming back. There's boyfriends, drugs, sex, anything typical in a girls life. i highly recommend this.
