A friend once told me that there are five main plots that Koontz uses when he creates a novel. It's hard to debate it as well. Though Koontz does create odd characters that you can't help but either have sympathy for them, good and bad. Which is exactly why he's a bestseller.
good read. about some brothers who meet a female songwriter with a pet cactus.
