I found this book offensive. Yes it says no-nonsense, tough-love, but there is no need for the foul language (including frequent use of the F Word) to get their point across. There are many other diet books out there that have better advise.

A four word summary of the book: Become a f___ing vegan.
It’s a worthwhile read to become aware of disturbing practices of CAFOs, but otherwise the arguments for becoming a vegan were weak. For and interesting contrast, read this and Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver.
