A very good movie! Well, if you like Charles Bukowski. While not perfectly true to the book by the same name the atmosphere feels very authentic. My guess is that Matt Dillon studied films with Charles Bukowski in them because he moves and talks like the real thing. An interesting tidbit: the movie was made in the Twin Cities.
