I was really surprised that I didn’t like this book as much as any of the others Agatha Christie wrote. It was more of a thriller and less of a mystery. Also, instead of being one main story, it almost seemed like a group of small stories with one similar plot line. It wasn’t bad, but it’s probably my least favorite Hercule Poirot book I have read to date. Even so, I’m glad I read it; Agatha Christie is in a genre all by herself, in my opinion.
