This book is really interesting that is happening during the French Revolution between Paris and London. It dealt with "bring him [Dr. Manette] back to life" since he had been a prisoner and with Sydney Carton giving his life up for the woman he loves.

While being a bit complicated and difficult to understand in parts, the book was a great example of love and sacrifice. The characters were strong and though every one had their own goal, they still helped each other to gain one common goal. The ending was both happy and sad, but still beautiful.
this is one of my favorite books!

This is an interesting book. On one hand, the plot and analysis on the French Revolution was good, but the only character I liked was Sydney Carton[edit for publication]. This is, however, one of the best written books I’ve ever read. It may have a rather sad ending, and very miserable scenes thoughtout, but it’s a book that everyone has to read once in their lives.
