My sister got this series for Christmas and I picked up this book. At first it was kind of slow moving and I wasn't really thrilled with it. But after the first few chapters it really picked up and then I could not put it down! I don't really remember much of it so I'm going to re-read it. I would really recommend it! It is not in the future though there are some futureyish things in it. Overall it was a great book and I really enjoyed it!
