Knowing little about the Indian culture, I found this book fascinating, even if it was fiction. The characters were interesting and, though not highly developed, there was something likable about them. I found the main character relatable. The plot was good all up to the end. I won’t give anything away, but I thought the ending was very disappointing. Even so, it’s still a good story.
