I think that The Broken Blade had everything a teenager would like. It had action and a good plot. The writer made you feel like you were there. It was a book I could not put down.

I learned what it's like being a voyageur in the 1800s. But sometimes what's happening and the dreams and thoughts in the story were awfully dreadful.

It is about a boy who becomes a voyager because his dad got hurt and can not sign on. This is a good book because it has lots of adventure.
