This book was really well-written that I really got into it. It was a very unusual story that threw every common Cinderella character completely out of whack and in a new light; that fairy tales could be different for everyone.

This book is amazing. It had me hooked from the beginning. It tells the story of Cinderella from the younger ugly stepsister's point of view. Just like in Wicked, the author takes the so-called "evil" character and tells the story from the point of view none of us ever knew. It made me feel compassion for the stepsister. I loved the book Wicked, but to me Confessions was SO much better. I'd recommend this book to anyone, especially if you love fairy tales.
