I thought this book was pretty good. I think kids 9 and up would enjoy Bud, Not Buddy. The book was humorous and there was also a lot of info about events that happened during the Great Depression, which is when the book takes place.

this was a great book and it was sad in some parts.i always wanted to know what would happen was also suprising because a peron bud was looking for thought he was his dad but he realy was his grandpa. [Newbery Medal Winner]
