The phanom of the opeara, a famous french clasic full of mystery, romance and tragedy. You must have heard of the movies, the plays and the songs all wonderfully created by Andrew Lloyd Webber and other script writers/music artists. But where did all of it begin? Read the Phantom Of The Opeara by Gaston Laroux to find out what secret truths they kept in the movies/plays, and what they left behind for us to read? How did the story really end, and where did it begin? Monsiour Laroux is a brilliant writer who started this beutiful masterpeice of writing. If you liked the movies or plays, the book is just as wonderfull, maybeen even better. i wont give anything away, but i must say that their are some seep relms of this deep tale in which they did ot put in. I give it 10 stars out of a 5 star rating. -Rachael Laurene

Drama! Drama! Drama! Definately the word I would use to describe this book. Well written, dark, full of romance, but also some horror. An essential classic; a must read.

This book is one of my all-time favorite books. It has to be in my top ten. It is dark and a love story. Much better than the movie, although I love the singing aspect of the movies. But the book gives you a better perspective of all the characters.

This is one of my favorite books and, although I am not a fan of any of the movies based on it, I love the book. The characters are interesting a sometimes even funny, and the plot grabs you at page one and doesn’t let go unto the last page. I laughed, I cried, it was a great book. I highly recommend it.
