Continuation of "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen." Not as good as the original--this book fails to deliver.

I read "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" and loved so i thought i would try this one (since it is the sequel). This book was good, however i definitly was NOT even a little bit as interesting as Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. I think in this one, Lola (who is my FAVEORITE character) is so much more mellow and toned down, and this makes the book so much harder to get into. This book also wasnt has funny, and a bit too serious for the type of characters and the setting. For all of this i take off 2 points.
The book was deep, however, and showed the heavier, more troubling side of teen life, and, being the child of separated parents, i can really relate to Ella when her parents are having rough times. Also, in this book you get to see some more dirty fighting of the teen queen, Carla Santini, so i would give it 3 stars! Yu Should read it, and dont forget to also read Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen!

This book was the sequel to 'Confessions of a Teen-Age Drama Queen'. This book was told from Ella's point of view, instead of Lola's point as in the previous book. I gave this book 1 star, because you could tell the author used something so honest as a book for tweens and twist it towards their point of view politically! The author slammed more than a few people throughout the book, which disgusts me. If the author had such a strong opinion they could have shared it elsewhere.
