I liked the idea behind this cookbook, and I especially think those following the GAPS and SCD diets will find it appealing. However the actual layout of the book is so bad that it detracts from the benefit to be gained from reading it. Full color photos are placed seemingly at random, and not next to the recipes, which makes the book seem cheaply produced. Also none of the recipes strike me as at all
