Trained volunteer tutors will help adults with college homework assignments in any subject. Also open to adults working to improve their English, prepare for the GED, occupational, citizenship and driver’s exams.

Lynne M. Jackson: The Dred Scott Decision
Room Location: Doty Board Room
Tuesday, May 21, 3:30–5:30 p.m.
Jackson, president and founder of The Dred Scott Heritage Foundation, is a great-great-granddaughter of Harriet and Dred Scott of the Dred Scott Decision of 1857. She will be sharing the history of this landmark case, the family story and attendant histories. Documents and publications concerning the Dred Scott Decision from the Library's Huttner Abolition and Anti-Slavery Collection will be on display.
Presented in partnership with Minnesota African-American Museum.
