What's New? Phase 2: 32 X 4
December 12–March 1
Sorry, this event has been cancelled.
Exhibit and Reception: The Precious Object
September 18–November 30
In an increasingly cold, technology-saturated world, this exhibit speaks to the desire for the handmade. The 14 Minnesota artists in the exhibition explore issues of nature, simulation, craft, collection and fantasy through a broad range of materials and processes. The resulting work speaks to our personal connections with physical objects as a means to preserve, and sometimes replicate, experience and place. Opening reception, Sept. 18, 6-9 p.m. Exhibit runs through Jan. 3.
Presented in partnership with mnartists.org’s ARTmn competitive series sponsored by The Decider. mnartists.org is a joint project of The McKnight Foundation and the Walker Art Center.
