Author Talk: Pauline Knaeble Williams
Saturday, Sept. 20, 2 p.m.
Set in 1944 North Minneapolis, Williams' "Finding Hollis" transcends ethnic and racial barriers through the eyes of a young white woman who witnesses a tragic car accident only to discover as much about herself as the new world "where the black folks on this side of downtown were relegated." Books will be available for purchase and signing.
