Plans change, people change! Come learn about the prescription drug benefit for individuals on Medicare. A presenter from Senior LinkAge Line® will provide information about Part D eligibility, enrollment, plan options, choosing a plan and low income subsidy.
Important items to bring with you:
Driver's license or Minnesota ID
Medicare card
Medications with quantity and dosage information
Preferred pharmacy
Health insurance cards
