Practice speaking English at the library once a week for 1–2 hours.

Franklin Learning Center at Franklin Library
Come to study English, math, and basic computer literacy and life skills. Prepare for the GED or U.S. citizenship exam. Learners work one-to-one or in small groups with instructors and volunteer tutors.
