Franklin Learning Center at Franklin Library
At the Franklin Learning Center, adults study English, math, science, social studies, technology and life skills, and prepare for the GED and U.S. citizenship exams. Learners work one-to-one or in small groups with instructors and volunteer tutors. For registration information, contact the Franklin Learning Center at flc@hclib.org or 612-543-6934.
