At the Franklin Learning Center, adults study English, math, science, social studies, technology and life skills, and prepare for the GED and U.S. citizenship exams. Minneapolis Central Library
ELL Reading and Study Lab
Tuesdays – Fridays, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Work independently and with volunteers to improve your English skills. (For intermediate and advanced levels.)
ELL Advanced Speaking & Listening Class
Tuesdays – Thursdays, 1:30-4 p.m.
Improve your speaking and listening skills through conversation, pronunciation practice, making presentations and many other group activities. Registration and testing is required before attending the lab or class. Call Dara Oken at 612-630-6065 to schedule a registration appointment.

Sumner Library
Mondays–Thursdays 10 a.m.-noon, 1-3 p.m. and 6:30– 8:30 p.m.
Drop by the lower level of Sumner Library for free classes in English (for all levels), GED, math and basic reading. Call Sarah at 612-377-5399 or stop in to register and get more information.
