Teen Read Month
Have your teens Read Beyond Reality at Your Library this October. Once again your library is offering fine waivers, free replacement library cards, a prize drawing for Best Book Ever, and special events just for teens.
Our main event will be The Ultimate Debate: Harry Potter vs. Twilight, live debates at the Ridgedale and Central Libraries. Teens have joined Team Twilight or Team Harry Potter and will argue their case for which is the better series, and debate attendees will play trivia games, win prizes, and cheer their favorite series on. Teens can also participate in an online poll and comment on these series, or play trivia games about Harry Potter and Twilight.
