Excelsior Library Site Plan Approval
On Monday, August 6, the Excelsior City Council approved the proposed site plan for a new Excelsior Library at 337 Water Street in Excelsior, MN. The project design team is now preparing a schematic design report for submittal to the Hennepin County Board. The county board will vote on the project in late fall 2012.
