home > library information > Cargill Hall Cargill Hall Cargill Hall is an exhibition venue located in Minneapolis Central Library. The multipurpose, 1,600-square-foot gallery presents exhibitions and related programs designed to complement library services, including exhibits on visual art, history, culture, literature, and science.

Six to eight major exhibitions are featured annually, drawing from exhibitions on loan from other institutions, exhibitions mounted by individuals and organizations, and exhibitions featuring Hennepin County Library collections.

Location and Hours
The gallery is on the second floor of the Minneapolis Central Library. All exhibitions and related programs are free of charge and open to the public during Minneapolis Central Library hours.
