Suburban Meeting Rooms

Most Hennepin County libraries offer meeting rooms for public use -- usually at no charge to non-profit groups. (Libraries that do not have meeting rooms are Excelsior, Long Lake, Minnetonka, and Osseo.)

To book a meeting room, follow the steps below.

1.	Read the policy on Reserving and Using Public Gathering Places to see if your group is eligible.
2.	See what your responsibilities are for gathering place use.
3.	Consult the list below for locations and hours for the library you would like to use.
4.	Beginning March 1 use the new Room Reserve webpage to make an online meeting room request.
