Legal Research Resources |
| Free online access to Westlaw at the Brookdale, Ridgedale, and Southdale Resource Libraries includes cases from the Minnesota Appellate Court, Minnesota Supreme Court, U.S. 8th Circuit Court, and U.S. Supreme Court. Minnesota Statutes Annotated, U.S. Code Annotated, U.S. Code Congressional & Administrative News, and more are also available. |
Microform Readers |
| Brookdale, Minneapolis Central, Ridgedale, and Southdale have microfilm and microfiche reader/printers available for use. |
Playback Equipment |
| Libraries have equipment to play videos, CDs, DVDs plus cable television access. Check with your local library for availability. |
Proctoring for Exams |

Effective March 1, 2011, Hennepin County Library does not provide proctoring services as we can no longer sustain this activity. Please connect with the organization or institution from which you’re being tested for recommendations on proctoring services. |
Used Books |
| Many books and other materials withdrawn from the library system go on sale at bargain prices at the Library's book store, located in the Ridgedale Library, or check out the Book Sales sponsored by the Friends of the Library. |
