TENTH AVENUE (CEDAR AVENUE) BRIDGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Bridge is the current (1980's) concrete arch bridge, not the steel truss and wooden deck one of the 1800's. The old Tenth Ave Bridge is visible just behind the one under construction. Note Foshay Tower at left under construction.
