History
The campaign to raise three million dollars to assist the Minneapolis Public Schools in paying their bills was initiated in July 1942. The campaign lasted a little more than one month. The amendment failed.
Description of the Collection
This collection includes a scrapbook which includes clippings that trace the campaign's history. The scrapbook appears to have been prepared by Mrs. Clifford C. (Lottie M.) Neff, who was chairman of the campaign.
