Are sports and energy drinks bad for your teeth?
A recent study found that high acidity levels in sports and energy drinks can cause erosion of tooth enamel. It is estimated that 30-50% of teens in the US consume energy drinks and as many as 62 percent consume at least one sports drink per day.
